I am Shin Mori, President of GDCN and Mayor of Kakamigahara City, which is located in the geographic center of Japan.
GDCN is an international organization established by Kakamigahara and Chuncheon City, Korea in 2000. Since then we’ve been working to share and exchange information technologies such as multi-media, virtual reality, animation and bio-technology to meet the demands of our information-driven global community.
One of the participant cities holds the annual assembly every year in turn. We exchange up-to-date information and discus present problems concerning information technology. You can read more about past conferences on this web site.
